Revered as the God Sunlight, Apollo was recognised by the Ancient Greeks as one of the greatest Olympian deities, governing over medicine, science and the healing arts, embodying both masculine and feminine energies. The forces of Apollo oversea the pursuit of poetry and music, and all expressions of true beauty in their artistic form.
In honour of the words in his head and ours, we commissioned a limited edition of this sculpture-candle in the shape of an ancient bust of Apollo, hand-painted in an ‘inkfilled’ design. An amazing way to light up inspiration while contemplating classical beauty and cultivating a quietness of mind. Place on a decorative plate and watch the candle slowly melt in a puddle of wax.
